What is an investment platform and how does it work?
SOLARGROUP is an international online investment platform that organises crowd investments in technology projects — investors buy shares in real technology businesses rather than units in an abstract fund. Its personal account supports registration and verification, investment payments, investment-share accounting, documents, project news, and partner activity.
The process:
register in the personal account and study the project;
choose an investment package and pay it in full or by instalments;
accept the investment agreement (verification is required to formalise ownership of paid investment shares and receive a certificate);
the investor receives a contract, certificate and statement showing the number of paid investment shares; after the financing and contractual procedures are completed, investment shares are intended to be exchanged for shares in the project company under the applicable terms.
Investments are venture investments: returns are not guaranteed, and an automatic or instant refund of funds used to purchase investment packages is not provided.
Is SOLARGROUP an MLM or an investment platform?
SOLARGROUP is an investment platform that uses crowd investing to fund technology projects — it's not a traditional MLM (multi-level marketing) or network marketing company built around selling physical products. What it does have is a multi-level partner programme for spreading information and attracting investors, structured similarly to network marketing but built around investment shares rather than goods. So investing and partnership are separate options: an investor purchases investment shares; a partner signs a partner agreement, promotes projects, and can receive referral remuneration; one person may be both an investor and a partner.
Is the partner/referral programme legal?
A partner works under a service/partner (agency) agreement with SOLARGROUP — not as an employee. Under this agreement, a partner cannot take investors' money directly; remuneration is paid by the company for promoting projects and attracting new users.
SOLARGROUP operates within an international legal framework and is registered on Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, holding a brokerage and clearing licence issued there. Since rules for investment and referral-based programmes vary by country, review the current official registration and licence details together with the regulations that apply where you live before participating.
How is this different from a pyramid scheme?
Unlike a pyramid scheme, SOLARGROUP is built around a real, verifiable business: investors buy documented investment shares connected to actual technology projects — not promises of returns paid out of newer members' money. Partners are paid specifically for attracting investment and building a partner network, and every investor receives a formal agreement, certificate and record of their paid shares. Funds raised go toward financing real projects, including the Sovelmash Engineering Center and the Airships of a New Generation project — both open to independent review: SOLARGROUP publishes its licence information, project documents, patents, test reports and audit conclusions for 2019–2024.
How do referral commissions work?
A partner shares a personal referral link. A person who registers through it becomes a first-level participant in that partner's structure. Under the partner agreement, you earn 15% commission on investments made by your first-line referrals, and up to 7% on investments made by your second-line referrals. Remuneration is credited to the partner account.
