The crucial task of stage 19 has been accomplished. Sovelmash has completed the design and engineering technology department and passed the state commission inspection. The certificate of construction completion will be obtained shortly.

At the final stage, the project has the following objectives to meet:

• putting the enterprise into operation and obtaining the relevant certificate,
• manufacturing the first in-house designed products,
• starting work on executing motor development orders,
• completing the funding for the project,
• organizing the receipt of company's shares for investors.

Risks for investors are now minimal, so the investment conditions have changed. Let us remind you of them.

• We have cancelled installment plans lasting 20, 25 and 30 months. But many investment packages are still available on a 10-month installment plan.
• $ 500, $ 750, $ 1,000, and $ 1,500 packages can only be purchased in lump-sum payment with no installment options available.
• Recovery of any cancelled installment plans is now unavailable.
• The share price has risen by up to 40%, but this is much less than the price of the same share in Sovelmash once the project funding is completed.
