In the inflatable constructions workshop, is being created the envelope of the unique airship NOVA 01. In the new episode of the documentary series, we will show you the entire process!

• It all begins with computer modeling, after which the patterns are sent for printing. Then, the elements are glued together, forming the main structure.
• Various elements, including the gondola, will be suspended from the finished airship envelope. Therefore, the NOVA 01 model has as many as 12 petals. The seams are carefully treated with polyurethane glue to ensure airtightness and strength.
• To create the belts of the NOVA 01 airship, 11 meters of material were required. The final stage is thermal processing of the seams, guaranteeing the durability and reliability of the structure.
