The moment the team had been preparing for over many months has arrived — AEROLЁT-01 took to the air for the first time.

The first flight tests mark an important outcome of AERONOVA’s sustained and intensive engineering effort. We obtained the first practical data and validated the key calculations embedded in the vehicle.

During the trials, AEROLЁT-01 confidently executed vertical takeoff and landing, requiring only 45% of the main propulsion system’s power to complete the task.

We also conducted baseline tests of the control algorithms:
• holding the vehicle over a designated point,
• stabilization in the air,
• maneuvering and movement within the designated area.

Ahead are a detailed analysis of the collected telemetry, refinement of software and design solutions, and preparations for the second phase of flight testing.

This is only the beginning of a long journey.
