When will the project "Duyunov's motors" go to the final funding stage?

The transition will take place once the goals of the current stage 19 are met, namely after the certificate of construction completion is issued to the "Sovelmash" D&E. The exact date of the stage change will be announced on November 16 at the SOLARGROUP Conference in Moscow.

How long will the final stage last?

The final stage will be over once its goals are met: the "Sovelmash" D&E is put into operation, the receipt of company's shares by investors is organized, and the project funding is completed. The timeframe depends on the funding rate and the red tape involved.

How will the conditions for investors change at the final stage?

• The shares will go up in price by up to 40% depending on the package denomination.

• Installment plans lasting 20, 25, and 30 months will be discontinued.

• Installment plans for $ 500, $ 750, $ 1,000 and $ 1,500 packages will no longer be available.

• The difference in discount for packages purchased in installments and in a lump-sum payment will increase and amount to 33%.

• Recovery of any cancelled installment plans will no longer be available.
