We are launching the features for conversion of shares in the back office.

Conversion of shares is the procedure of transforming OOO "Sovelmash" (Limited Liability Company) into a joint-stock company. It will allow the project investors to formalise the company's shares in "Sovelmash" in proportion to the number of their investment shares, and then earn dividends or profit from selling the company's shares.
This is a crucial stage in the implementation of the project "Duyunov's motors". And we congratulate you on reaching this stage!

We are now starting the first stage in the conversion of shares procedure, namely forming the register of future shareholders.

The features for conversion of shares will be tested on separate categories of investors: first, Club 100 and Club 1000 members will have access to it, then investors from Russia, and then all other investors.

You can now make your own preparations for conversion of shares:
• complete verification in the back office;
• if you have already verified, check that your personal data is up to date and re-verify in case of any changes;
• update your phone number and email for us to be able to contact you promptly in case any questions arise.
