November saw a milestone event in the construction of the "Sovelmash" engineering center. The construction workers completely closed the thermal envelope of the building.

Simultaneously, other construction activities were going on inside and outside the D&E: laying the heating pipeline, installing interior partitions, laying floor tiling, etc.
