Friends, we have excellent news! «Sovelmash» has received a certificate approving the architectural and urban planning design from Moscomarchitecture.

Congratulations to all project participants! We have been waiting for this since the end of last year — that is how long the reviews of the high-polygon 3D model of the DETB took, without which it was impossible to obtain the document. At this stage, progress was stalled not only for our project but also for many other enterprises under construction in Moscow. But now all that is behind us, and the path toward receiving a conclusion of construction completion is open to us.

As of today, Sovelmash specialists have begun the final stage of obtaining the CCR.

Let us recall the other key tasks that must be fulfilled before dividend payments can begin:
• obtain a permit to commission the DETB,
• reorganize «Sovelmash» into a joint-stock company and distribute shares among investors,
• start fulfilling commercial orders and achieve self-sufficiency.

Step by step, we are getting closer to our common goal, and we will certainly achieve it!
